Accepted Proposal
Our journey begins with an introduction meeting where we define your scope of work. Based on this discussion, we present you with a proposal. Once accepted, we move into the design process.
Project Planning
The process starts with a team meeting that includes all key members. We gather information about preferred methods of communication, discuss budget, review the Designer's Scope of Work, discuss the timeline, and determine the need for any additional trade professionals to be brought on board.
Discovery
We dive into our in-depth discovery process. and create a shared Pinterest board for you to add your inspiration. A discovery questionnaire is provided to learn about your lifestyle and design preferences. We then meet to review in detail what you want to incorporate and avoid, explore floor plan options, and gather all necessary information to create a design direction for the project. This thorough discovery process ensures we move in the right direction from the beginning, preventing unnecessary delays and adjustments later on.
Design Development
We begin by defining the design direction with floor plans, mood boards, and overall project inspiration. With a solid understanding of your needs and lifestyle, we incorporate all your desires into the design. We move through the specifications according to the project schedule, bringing your vision to life with precision and creativity.
Construction Administration
This phase is our love language for the trades. We document and share all your selections with the team, including detailed drawings and material outlines that serve as installation guides. We aim to answer as many questions as possible in our Construction Administration (CA) documents, allowing the team to complete their tasks correctly and on time. For custom items, we collaborate with trades to decide on the best application methods, ensuring a smooth and efficient build.
Furnishings
The furnishings phase begins with determining your budget. Using the specifications, inspiration, and mood boards we've created, we present options that align with your preferences. Thanks to our long-standing relationships with vendors, we secure deep discounts from retail prices, passing these savings on to you. We continually visit markets and pursue further education to ensure we access the best resources to make your home comfortable, functional, and beautiful.
Installation
We provide full-service white-glove installation of all furnishings and decor you have selected. Optional custom tabletop and housewares procurement services are available to achieve your desired level of move-in readiness. Our experienced moving team ensures that everything is in place, leaving you with nothing to do but enjoy your new home.
